Coach Peachey is about sharing what I have learned as a coach, trainer, and athlete over the past 10 years. Whether you are new to exercise, returning from an injury, or training for something in particular my goal is to be your source for quality information and sound advice.

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association

Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology

I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science
